DUO-COTECXIN^®: the fixed combination of dihydroartemisinin and piperaquine phosphate, was just included in the recommendation list for the treatment of uncomplicated falciparum malaria in the Guidelines for Treatment of Malaria issued by WHO.

DUO-COTEXIN^® has been registered and marketed in more than 22 countries . The efficacy is as high as 98.7%. It was highly appraised by doctors and patients because of the simple dosage regimen and low incidence of side effects.

Meanwhile, DUO-COTECXIN^® demonstated its excellent post-treatment prophylaxis effect reducing the risk of recrudescence, recurrence and re-infection.
